Barnabas Fung, chairman of the Electoral Affairs Commission of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, said that protecting voters' privacy is the priority. Also, as some voters claimed their names were stolen and registered by others and some candidates said they have received reports of fake voter registrations, Fung said the enforcement authority will follow up the complaints.
