Chinese President Xi Jinping and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe sent congratulations to each other on the success of the first high-level bilateral consultations on cultural and people-to-people exchanges. The meeting took place in Tokyo with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi leading the Chinese delegation.
