Hong Kong key cross-harbor tunnel to reopen after restoration

Hong Kong's number two official, the Chief Secretary for Administration Matthew Cheung has announced that the city's cross-harbor tunnel will reopen early on Wednesday. Its facilities had been damaged in the protests.
