At least four people were killed and eight others remain trapped after a highway tunnel under construction collapsed in southwest China's Yunnan Province Tuesday, local authorities said. The accident occurred at about 6 p.m. local time at the tunnel exit on a highway in Fengqing County, Lincang City, the county information office said.
