CGTN's Liu Xin interviewed a foreign businessman who has lived in Hong Kong for 28 years. He thinks the recently-signed Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Bill is ridiculous and part of the U.S.'s trade war on China.  It doesn't help a single bit in making it easier for Hong Kong people to heal from the recent unrest. He also believes the U.S. must have a role in fueling and funding the unrest.
