Many brands and websites like to use live promotions, or sales broadcasts, to draw attention to their products. While many customers said they benefited from this approach, others said they didn't get what they paid for. Professor John Gong from the University of International Business and Economics shares his views on how to strike the right balance between profit and customer service.
