The Rosengart Collection in Lucerne, Switzerland, is an art museum in a stately neoclassical building which was formerly a branch of the Swiss National Bank back in 1924.
Rosengart is famous for its focus on artists from the age of Impressionism and Classic Modernism, and is best known for its rich Picasso collection.
Interestingly enough, in this collection are five paintings depicting the same woman and owner of the museum, Angela Rosengart. She can still vividly recall her time working with Picasso and the 1920's, an era which came to define modern art.
