Footage of the daily activities of wild animals in Antarctica filmed during the China's 36th Antarctic expedition was released on December 1.

The footage captures an interesting encounter between a group of Adelie penguins and two skuas. After looking at each other for a while, the penguins approached towards the skuas, and chased one of them after the skua fled in horror to keep a safe distance.

Footage also shows seals and the environment in Antarctica. It is filmed by a CCTV reporter accompanying the expedition on Chinese research icebreaker Xuelong.
