Live: Myanmar makes significant strides in fight against HIV/AIDS

December 1 is World AIDS Day. In Myanmar, significant strides have been made in recent years. About half as many people die from AIDS per year, and there has also been a dramatic drop in the rate of new HIV cases. Much of the success is due to a massive expansion in HIV treatment and better education for prevention. UN agencies and NGOs are having a big event on Sunday in Yangon. CGTN's Dave Grunebaum will interview experts about the progress against AIDS/HIV in Myanmar, the reasons behind it and the challenges that lie ahead.
