Creative designer Kurit Afsheen, from Indonesia caught a green tree frog "laughing" while hanging on a branch.

The photos were caught in the back garden of Kurit's home in Jakarta, Indonesia. He said: "The frog was on the branch for around 5 minutes. When it opened its mouth it appeared he was laughing."

The green tree frog, also known as dumpy tree frog, is native to Australia, Indonesia and New Guinea. The frog is not afraid of humans and sometimes can be found inside houses. Its skin exudes a waxing coating, which keeps them moist. They mainly feed on insects such as cockroaches and moths.
