Hong Kong police Wednesday arrested four protesters in school uniforms for blocking the road, spraying paint on vehicles and indulging in other violent activities.
The protesters, three males and one female, were arrested for disrupting public order, possessing weapons and damaging property at the junction of Ma Tau Wai Road and Tam Kung Road this morning, a local police officer told the media.
During the police operation, one of the male protesters assaulted an officer and willfully obstructed police officers in the lawful discharge of their official duties, added the officer.
