Dashanbao Black-necked Crane National Nature Reserve in southwest China's Yunnan Province has welcomed its first snow of the year. The heavy snow makes it hard for the black-necked cranes to forage in the field. Staff members of the nature reserve feed the birds twice a day with corn to help them get through the winter.
