Owned by the Baron of van der Elst, a Belgian diplomat, Kasteel van Oostkerke Castle is located in the Belgian town of Damme, only a dozen minutes' drive from Bruges.

In the video, the current owner shows us around the castle, telling many stories behind it. Almost all the designs of the gardens in the castle were inspired by the Flemish Primitives, which was a style of art that flourished in the 14th and 17th centuries. 

The castle is very attractive and feels like a private garden, which makes people giving it a personal touch when they step into it.
