The South-South Human Rights Forum was held in Beijing on December 10. The forum gathers 300 scholars and officials from over 80 developing countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America. Themed "Cultural diversity and the development of global human rights". It's the second time China has held this forum, which aims to build an exchange platform for the joint development of different civilizations.
