CCTV Animation's  "Nezha: Transformers" released a new trailer on Sina Weibo, China's Twitter-like social media platform, on Wednesday. This China-U.S. co-production will get a wide release in China in 2020. 

As implied by the title, "Nezha: Transformers" combines Ne Zha, a well-known figure in Chinese culture and star of the titular animation that set records in China when it was released earlier this year, with the Transformers franchise that began in the 1980s as a Saturday morning cartoon and toy range, but is better known for the series of blockbuster movies helmed by Michael Bay that began in 2007.
