The number of tourists in Hong Kong has plummeted by roughly 88 percent, according to newspaper Sing Tao Daily. Given that 40 countries have issued travel warnings against Hong Kong, it's even harder for hotels and restaurants to recover their businesses, and for service personnel such as tourist guides and taxi drivers to simply make a living.
