On December 15, the recovery situation of Uncle Li, who was burnt by Hong Kong rioters before the incident was revealed by Elizabeth Quat, a member of HKSAR's Legislative Council, on her social media account. Li has finished his third skin graft, and 2/3 of his skin was successfully grafted.
