"New Look of Macao," performed by Kane Ao Leong, Tong Liya and Yin Shuo, tells the story of three young people who visit Macao during the 20th anniversary celebrations of the region's return to China.

On stage, Tong Liya, Yin Shuo and their tour guide take the viewers on a trip around Macao where they learn more about Macao's distinct culture digging oysters, eating salted fish and enjoying Nanyin opera, while cheerfully singing in a Cantonese dialect and partaking in a Portuguese-style folk dance.

The gala aptly captures Macao's charm, with presentations ranging from Cantonese opera "Blooming Flowers and Full Moon" and hip-hop dances to the depiction of diverse culture and unique tourist attractions of the city.
