Chinese Foreign Minister to visit India for China-India border talks

Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Friday will attend the 22nd round of talks between Chinese and Indian special representatives on boundary issues.

The meeting will be held in India from December 20-21, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Geng Shuang announced on Friday.

Wang will meet with India's National Security Advisor Ajit Doval to discuss resolving border issues and developing China-India relations.

The last round of meetings were co-chaired by Wang and Doval in Chengdu, the capital of southwest China's Sichuan Province.
