President Xi Jinping visited the Chinese People's Liberation Army Garrison in Macao on December 20, 2019. 

He inspected the guard of honor, the defense and combat squad, the riot squad, the anti-terrorism squad and the emergency rescue squad. 

He also listened to reports regarding the garrison's defensive affairs since 2014 and expressed his appreciation for everyone's hard work.
