Video requirements:

The video needs to be between 30 seconds to three minutes long and in the first-person perspective. It must be an original work that has not been published elsewhere and does not contain, incorporate or otherwise use any content, material or element that is owned by a third-party or entity. The video needs to be in MP4 or MOV format and have a minimum resolution of 1280x720.
