The words "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" were officially written into the government work report in 2015. The government has hence encouraged enterprises to use the internet to change their development style. Businesses were encouraged to use the internet to transform their development models and innovate in technology and services to accelerate the transformation of innovation into economic benefits.
