M6.2 earthquake strikes west of Port Hardy, Canada

An earthquake with magnitude 6.2 struck 177 kilometers west of Port Hardy, Canada, on Tuesday, at a depth of 10 kilometers, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

There are no immediate reports of injuries or damages from the quake.
