A group of rare wild takins were spotted on Monday crossing a river one by one in a natural reserve in southwest China's Sichuan Province. Believed to belong to the same family, the group included two adult takins and four young takins. The two adult takins were seen walking in the head and tail of the line. Local forestry administrators said individual takins sometimes appear in the region, but such a large group of takins has rarely been seen.
