In Shanghai, a group of experts attending the 2019 Seminar on China-Africa Regional Aviation Cooperation are heading to the headquarters of the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China. This trip to China has been invaluable for the group, who are all key figures managing Africa's airspace. Since the end of 2012, China has trained nearly 90,000 professionals for Africa. Now China and Africa are involved in training exchange and cooperation in many fields, including healthcare, medical services, economy and trade, culture, sports, manufacturing, and public management. Making up for the shortfall in talent has always been a critical part of China's foreign aid, combined with other approaches designed to solve infrastructure gridlock and inadequate funding.
