The world's two largest economies have spent nearly two years embroiling in a bitter trade dispute complete with controversy and tit-for-tat fighting. The feud has pushed the world to the edge of a possible global recession. But China and the U.S. reached a consensus on the text of their phase one agreement, and things may finally be headed in the right direction.
