China has slashed tariffs on hundreds of imported items once again. It's the latest in a series of cuts over the past two years that the government says are aimed at boosting competition. The measure covers everything from frozen pork and fruit to high-tech products and even baby formula. Authorities say the tariff rate for baby formula was cut from 15 percent to just five.
