Hong Kong police hold a press conference on recent protests. On Wednesday the Office of the Commissioner of the Chinese Foreign Ministry in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) urged foreign politicians to stop confusing right and wrong and interfering in Hong Kong affairs. While Hong Kong residents look forward to a peaceful 2020, some foreign politicians are recklessly smearing the Hong Kong police force and cheering on rioters, a spokesperson for the office said in a statement.
