The Hong Kong police issued a warning to rioters on Thursday, saying "2019 was remembered for chaos and violence but what does the future hold for 2020? The choice is yours." Over 400 violent protesters, aged between 12 and 81, have been arrested since New Year's Eve on charges of unlawful assembly, arson and possession of deadly weapons.
