No city lends itself to winter better than Harbin, the capital city of Heilongjiang Province. The 2020 Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival opens tonight with fireworks and a light show. This year, the annual festival is set to stun tourists again with a spectacular, rainbow-colored wonderland made up of 21 groups of semi-transparent sculptures carved from local ice blocks. A slew of snow sports and fun activities are ready for visitors from all over the world to experience in this magnificent frozen wonderland.
