China and one of its closest Southeast Asian neighbors push forward with new plans for the future. Chinese Premier Li Keqiang held talks with Laotian Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith at the Great Hall of People Monday in Beijing. The two sides also signed agreements in finance and other areas to enhance practical cooperation.
