Puerto Rico declares emergency, activates National Guard after quakes

Puerto Rico Governor Wanda Vazquez declared a state of emergency and activated the National Guard on Tuesday following a series of earthquakes, Reuters reported.
The temblors include a 6.6-magnitude one that occurred 10 km south of Indios on Tuesday, said the U.S. Geological Survey.
