What does the first batch of China-made vehicles mean for Tesla?

Electric car-maker Tesla is delivering its first batch of China-made Model-3 vehicles to customers. The California-based company broke ground on its Shanghai "Gigafactory" exactly one year ago and started production in October. Its executives said the plant is producing more than 1,000 cars per week. The Shanghai factory is expected to roll out about 150,000 Model-3 units every year or about 40 percent of what its facility in California can manage. So, this is a major development for Tesla in China.
