Live: Iran's civil aviation organization holds news conference on Ukrainian plane crash

Iran on Thursday released a preliminary report on the Ukrainian Boeing 737 passenger plane that crashed in Tehran's Parand suburb on Wednesday, killing all 176 people on board. Iran's Civil Aviation Organization (CAOI) chief Ali Abedzadeh is holding a news conference on the crash.
