Hong Kong police hold a press conference on recent protests. 

From June to December 2019, a total of 740 sets of traffic lights across Hong Kong were vandalized. Besides, over 52,800 meters of railings and around 21,800 square meters of paving blocks were removed from roads and pavements. Rioters have caused extensive damage at railways and road crossing facilities. This has paralyzed road traffic and put drivers and pedestrians at grave risk.
