Beijing is expected to complete venues for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in 2020.

The city will also speed up construction of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Village and supporting infrastructure to ensure completion this year.

Beijing will also facilitate the development of underlying technologies and application scenarios to create a "High-tech Olympics."
