Javedanfar on U.S.-Iran tensions

Iranian state media says President Hassan Rouhani has signed an amended law that would blacklist the U.S. Department of Defense as a "terrorist organization". The initial draft of the legislation was passed by Iran's parliament in April after the U.S. designated Iran's Revolution Guards as "a foreign terrorist organization."
