Beijing has reiterated its adherence to the one-China principle. It says the "Taiwan independence" separatist forces are the biggest threat to the peace and stability of cross-Strait relations.
Ma Xiaoguang, spokesperson for the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, made the remarks at a press conference.
