The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China is holding a press conference on accelerating the transformation of and upgrading the services outsourcing industry. The upgrading is to improve the structure of the services sector. A prosperous services sector can benefit Chinese enterprises and better place them in the global value chain.
