Lion dance has long been a tradition in Chinese culture. Chinese believe the lion is an auspicious animal that can bring good luck that people wish for, especially at the start of a new year. Dubai is holding a lion dance competition to celebrate the upcoming Spring Festival. About 30 teams from across China will show off their power and strength.
