An old Chinese saying goes, "it takes alcohol to complete a banquet." With about a week to go before Spring Festival, also known as the largest binge eating and drinking season for the Chinese, CGTN's Xu Mengqi traveled to eastern China's Shaoxing City, a major rice-wine producing region, to see how their wines are made.
