Chinese President Xi Jinping, who is visiting Yunnan Province, arrived in Heshun ancient town in the afternoon of January 19, where he learned about the ancient Silk Road, its historical and cultural heritage, and local ecological protection. Heshun was vital to the Silk Road on the land of ancient Sichuan, Yunnan, Myanmar, and southern India.
