President Xi Jinping visited troops stationed in southwest China's Yunnan Province ahead of the Chinese New Year. The president extended his seasonal greetings to all soldiers and officers of the People's Liberation Army (PLA), armed police, militia and reserve forces. And he said he was delighted to learn about their improved working and living conditions.
