The fourth rehearsal of CCTV's 2020 Spring Festival Gala dazzled audiences on January 20. 

This year's song and dance program reflects the wider theme, with artists of different ages performing on the same stage. There are not only old classics but also new songs in the gala. Some dance programs are based on the Oriental traditional costume "cheongsam," which is a refreshing combination of tradition and modernity. It will feature gentle dances, while robots and other high-tech elements will add a strong audio-visual impact.

The language programs of the 2020 Spring Festival Gala are full of new ideas, reflecting society and showing a superb level of artistry. Compared with previous years, the number of language programs this year is the largest, and the subject matter is also rich and colorful.

In addition, the gala's main stage is full of Chinese elements and Chinese culture. In the stage design, gala organizers expanded the performance area and enhanced the immersion of the stage, breaking the barrier between the stage and spectators.

In three days, the 2020 Spring Festival Gala will be broadcast as promised. The gala's main venue Beijing will join hands with the Zhengzhou venue in Henan Province and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area venue.
