Advection fog creates 'city in the sky' in N. China

Advection fog hovered over the city of Yuncheng in China's Shanxi Province. Aerial views show the whole city buried in fog and taller buildings reaching into the clouds, creating a spectacular "city in the sky." Meteorological experts say the phenomenon was caused by recent snow and heavy fog.
