Wuhan City bans vehicles in major districts

Roads in Wuhan, the epicenter of the new coronavirus outbreak, will be closed to vehicles in the city's major districts, the Wuhan coronavirus command center announced on Saturday. 

The ban will be effective starting January 26. 

The ban does not include vehicles with special permits, free shuttles and government vehicles.
