Chinese military to manage Wuhan's Huoshenshan Hospital from Feb. 2

Huoshenshan Hospital, a new specialized hospital for novel coronavirus patients in Wuhan City, central China's Hubei Province, will be put into use by February 2 and will be managed by the Chinese military, local media reported, citing authorities.

The hospital is designed to have an area of 25,000 square meters and will provide 700 to 1,000 beds, reports said. 

Leishenshan Hospital, Wuhan's other specialized hospital, will hold 1,300 beds and is expected to be put into use by February 5.
