NDRC allocates 300 million yuan to assist Wuhan's coronavirus outbreak response 

China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) said on Sunday 300 million yuan (around 43.25 million U.S. dollars) from investment under the central budget will be sent to central China's Wuhan city in Hubei Province to assist in the region's coronavirus outbreak response.

The fund will be used to support the construction of two specialized hospitals for novel coronavirus patients in Wuhan – the Huoshenshan Hospital and Leishenshan Hospital. The fund will also be used to purchase important medical equipment.
