Nearly all the pharmacies in NE China's Shenyang City have run out of face masks amid the surging demand. Local pharmacy owner Zhang Yu decided to help those who need masks the most. He and his staff gave out face masks free of charge to people like police officers, sanitation workers and those who work outdoors. Zhang hopes his dedication will inspire people around him to help each other during the virus outbreak.
