Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) government has just announced special arrangements for its workers, saying they should stay at home except for those who provide emergency and necessary public services. The arrangement will remain valid until Sunday. Local health officials on Monday confirmed eight cases, but there's no sign so far that the virus is spreading locally.
